The Balanced Scorecard Institute provides 2, 3, and 5-day training workshops related to best practices in strategic performance management and measurement, transformation and change management, and building and implementing balanced scorecards (BSCs). Training workshops are designed to teach balanced scorecard teams how to build and implement a balanced scorecard strategic planning and management system. The Institute's flagship training workshop, Introduction to the Balanced Scorecard, is taught once a month at various locations. For those looking for even more comprehensive approach, the Institute's Certification Program, offered in association with the George Washington University College of Professional Studies, is a ten-day program on leading a balanced scorecard planning and management system implementation.
