Course 460 - 3 Days

This new course provides a full 3-day intensive course on how to facilitate the balanced scorecard development program. This program integrates change management and communications planning, objective setting and strategy mapping, incentives and rewards, facilitation, strategic management, performance measurement, strategic thinking and planning, and performance budgeting into a structured framework for building a strategic management system..

Who Should Attend
This course is designed for employees who have been tasked to plan or develop a balanced scorecard. The course is recommended for managers, planners and analysts who are seeking the best practical ideas in improving organizational performance.
