Course Overview
This new course provides a full 3-day intensive course on how to facilitate the balanced scorecard development program. This program integrates change management and communications planning, objective setting and strategy mapping, incentives and rewards, facilitation, strategic management, performance measurement, strategic thinking and planning, and performance budgeting into a structured framework for building a strategic management system.

This course is designed for employees who have been tasked with developing and facilitating a balanced scorecard program. The course is recommended for managers, planners and analysts who are seeking the best practical ideas in improving organizational performance.
Continuing Education Units
Attendees completing this course will qualify for 2.1 CEUs through our alliance with the University of South Carolina.
Hands On Training
Through case studies and a series of interactive small-group workshops, you will apply the balanced scorecard concepts to meet the challenges facing a typical organization.
Instructors
The course will be taught by the Principals and Associates of the Balanced Scorecard Institute. These instructors have specialized expertise in balanced scorecard training, facilitation and consulting in public and private-sector organizations.
