Balanced Scorecard Automation Overview - Webinar

A broad overview on automating balanced scorecards, including a review of the costs and benefits of balanced scorecard automation, the challenges and opportunities you will find in software implementation, an overview of the various options available (including performance management systems and business intelligence options) and a discussion of your organization's requirements.  There are over a hundred automation vendors. The Institute does not endorse or certify any of the available software products, but instead can help clients sort through the various options by highlighting key features of some of the strongest options available.
