Balanced Scorecard Overview - E-Learning
This E-Learning course is a brief, high-level introduction to the balanced scorecard and the Institute's Nine StepsTM methodology. Delivered entirely over the internet in an interactive fashion in about an hour, this course is designed for executives and managers to develop a basic understanding of how a balanced scorecard system works, what the benefits and costs are to develop and implement the system, the steps needed to develop the system, and what challenges exist to institutionalize the system. Also a great tool for organizations that already utilize a balanced scorecard to train new employees in balanced scorecard terminology and how use an existing system. A high speed internet connection and an up-to-date web browser that will play common Flash files is recommended.
