I am a new member to this Institute as for this fora.. We at Tata Chemicals Ltd, India use Balanced Score Card (BSC) for setting our strategy. Also the employees peformance measurement systems is very closely aligned to the BSC. We use Strategy Deployment Matrix (SDM) to cascade strategy in to individual goals. All the objectives and measures are aligned to Divisional goals, functional/ departmental goals and to individual employees goals.
Improvement projects are made to achieve the strategic objectives and the measures are monitored at regular intervals (Every month).
I feel we have a very good system of aligning and integrating our BSC with individual goals.
