Consulting Services

Consulting Services give clients the greatest chance of affecting organizational change, aligning vision, strategy, and operations, and achieving higher organizational performance.  In this scenario, the Institute's experienced facilitator/consulting Associates train the client's team, facilitate all workshops, and help develop the scorecard system in a short time, typically 6 – 12 weeks. The consulting option is the most effective at taking advantage of Institute experience and lessons learned, and having a system built and operational in the shortest period of time and with the least amount of difficulty and burden.

Executive Seminars

Executive Seminars are offered at the client's location of choice, and are designed to give an organization's leaders and managers information they need to make an informed decision on whether and how to proceed with a scorecard development program. These seminars are taught by senior Associates, and last from two to four hours. Following the Seminar, the Associate helps the client develop a customized road map for developing a strategic planning and management system.

Expert Advisor / Phone Consulting Services

Expert Advisor services are offered to clients who primarily want to build their planning and management system themselves, but recognize the value of having an expert review their work periodically, to ensure lessons learned and best practices have been incorporated into the systems design and development. Much like hiring a specialty lawyer, expert advisor services are billed on an as-needed basis. Typically phone consulting is contracted at a minimum of four hours and is then debited each time the client uses the services. After the four hours have been used, the client is billed for any additional hours used on a monthly basis or at the completion of the work. Phone consulting can be combined with E-Learning training, web teleconferences, homework, and/or advisory review services to give clients with tight travel budgets or geographical logistical difficulties a chance to improve strategic planning and management.
