BSI Strategic Planning & Facilitation Services

Strategic planning is an organizational management activity that is used to set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organization's direction in response to a changing environment.

Our consultants use a thorough and disciplined process to help client leadership make fundamental decisions that will shape and guide what an organization is, who it serves, what it does, why it does it, and how it differentiates itself, with a focus on the future.

Effective strategic planning articulates not only where an organization is going and the actions needed to make progress, but also how it will know if it is successful. For this reason, our strategic planning approach results in a plan that can be brought forward seamlessly into a balanced scorecard system, if desired.

Other more traditional strategic planning approaches result in plans that require significant re-work should the organization later wish to implement meaningful performance measures.

If your organization is relatively small with a simple business model, contact us to ask about our 3-Day Strategic Planning Retreat. If your organization is somewhat large or has a complex business model, ask about our 2-2-2 Strategy Development Consulting.
