An exciting opportunity exists at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland for a strong manager to lead the implementation and execution of the Bank’s strategy and performance management process. Strategy and Performance Management works to ensure that the Bank’s strategic direction is clearly defined and communicated to all Bank employees. We provide training and support to functional management and balanced scorecard liaisons to help them align functional objectives with Bank priorities and develop meaningful performance measures. In this high profile role, you will have interaction with senior leaders, and will lead strategy sessions with the Executive Leadership Committee.
