Joseph Sullivan Associate  Joseph has been leading successful international business organizations for over 20 years. In senior management roles, he has created and implemented effective strategies from within multinational organizations such as Alcon, Baxter and AstraZeneca. He is currently Chief Strategist at Sullivan Advisory Group, a partner firm of The Balanced Scorecard Institute, based in Madrid Spain. With a strong focus on design & implementation of strategic management systems, Joseph has trained and helped to develop strategies for organizations in private, public & non-profit sectors around the world including the United Nations, Banque de France, Troax and Medcenter. He coaches senior executives through tailored strategic leadership development as a means to enhance their own performance and that of their teams. Well-known for his innovative training approach and creative presentations that he has delivered to global audiences throughout his career, he currently specializes in projects relating to leveraging strategy and enhancing leadership. Born and raised in Boston, Joseph completed his university studies there in Life Sciences and Humanities.  He has done postgraduate work in Marketing, Leadership, and Strategy at George Washington University and IESE School of Business in Barcelona. He works in Spanish and English.
