Diehl, SPHR, ACC is a creative, strategic thinker with 25 years combined experience in senior level management, human resources, leadership consulting and coaching. She is known for cultural development, streamlining operations and significantly contributing to the bottom line of companies through transformational leadership. She is an expert facilitator and powerful executive coach and believes in the importance of honoring individuals, strengthening relationships and making an impact at a greater and deeper level. Diana’s background includes a wealth of management and operations experience including directing a human resources department for 1800 employees in one of Lancaster County’s top ten largest employers. She has facilitated numerous leadership development programs and has coached executives and top school administrators to significant accomplishment levels. Her consulting role in the HR realm has provided relief and outcomes to many small to mid-size companies. Diana is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and the prestigious Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University. She is certified through the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Additionally, she holds her Senior Level Professional certification in Human Resources (SPHR), is a highly qualified Myers Briggs Type Inventory Administrator, DISC facilitator and a certified consultant with The Leadership Circle. Diana is recognized as a level five strategist level on the Maturity Assessment Profile. She spends time volunteering in her local community and also serves as the Chair(s) of the HR and Strategic Planning Committees on the Board of Directors of Homestead Village Retirement Community.
