Beth Rosenkampff, BSP Director of External Relations  Beth Rosenkampff is the Institute’s Director of External Relations. She serves as the organization's primary link to its customers, affiliates and other key stakeholders by managing customer service & long-term relationships, proposal writing and contract administration & evaluation.  Beth has experience in marketing and media services, advertising, sales, and event planning. Beth is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) and has served as a research associate on several Institute client engagements. Previously, Beth worked for the Village Companies in Chapel Hill, NC. She has degrees in Biology and Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
